I do not want to spend the remainder of my life trying to be smarter than "marginally honest" financial consultants whose intention is to make sure that their retirement is feathered using my money. Please act to make sure that "retirement" is exactly that, without having to worry about whether a new Bernie Madoff is handling my retirement funds. I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole. Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security.
