Jun 20, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, A financial advisor lied to my father and he lost his pension. He now lives on Social Security only and is barely enough to meet his needs. My father worked hard for more tha 40 years and should not have been able to be taken advantage of by someone he trusted. I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole. Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security.
