Jun 20, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, I'm getting older as I write this letter, and soon I will have to depend on my mutual funds to sustain my current lifestyle. Which includes space rent for land on which my mobile home sits, food and sundries which continue to rise in cost, medical expenses also which continue to outpace my social security, Medicare and supplemental insurance. I have no immediate family who can help if or when I require financial help; I only have my mutual fund savings on which to fall back on in time of a financial crisis. I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole. Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security.
