The loop hole that allows Wall Street financial advisors to give Americans bad advise allowing Americans like us to lose all or part of our investment but allowing them to make money must be changed. I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole. Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security.
