Jun 20, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, It is absurd that the SEC would permit financial advisors to steal from older Americans'. I have experienced a financial advisor directing my retirement money into funds they received a secret kickback from. I found arbitration offered me no alternative as the advisor was one of the arbitrators. What a kangaroo court that is. Only the SEC can protect individual Americans' from this. Please help us!
