Jun 20, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, Why should people who work hard for their retirement and want to invest money to make retirement go further, this loop hole needs to be closed. We as people count on others advise in helping make sound decisions, for whatever the reason is, paying off medical bills, student loans but without someone getting rich off of the money being invested from advise from a crook. I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole. Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security.
