Jun 20, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, To whom it may concern, I believe the SEC was structured to protect the American investor against Companies and investment advisors with shady dealings in their investment portfolios. Removing strict rules to be followed by investment advisors is wrong. These people need strict rules when advising people with little or no experience making investments. I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole. Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security.
