Jun 20, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, When I seek professional financial advice I need to be legally assured that my advisor is only looking out for my benefit, not his or not some other potential beneficiary, me alone! With the end of many professionally managed pension funds individuals have had to take responsibility for their own eventual financial security and need to be assured that the professionals they consult to manage their accounts are held to the highest fiduciary standard. Otherwise many will likely fail and the government will be saddled with having to support even more of its citizens on welfare and Medicaid. I ask you, which would you rather have, individuals capable of financing their own retirement or the government having to do it? I for one am counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole. Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security. Sincerely, Mr. Jon Hausler
