Jun 20, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, Along with many other Americans, I have worked hard and committed part of my income toward my retirement. I have invested my savings in retirement accounts and trust that my investment counsellor will do what is best to help me grow my accounts, but I don't have any control of what his company is doing, and I'm sure that he's not always in the loop about what is happening within the bigger company. It would be devastating in my retirement to find out that I had lost or was losing money that I depend on due to some company's willingness to cheat clients for their own greed. I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole. Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security.
