In the end once respected firms become shells and will fail in the next crisis. Thousands of real people, not abstract "investors", suffer from moral less and unprofessional advisors now and hundreds of thousands more will suffer. I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole. Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security.
