Jun 20, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, Like millions of Americans, I have invested what little I was able to in retirement savings to hopefully make retirement comfortable. We all should be able to trust our agents and advisers to guide us in the right direction to maximize our little nest egg. I have worked very hard for almost 50 years, overcoming some setbacks and shortfalls to put away whatever little bit I could. We deserve to have trust in these advisers by having rules that will assure our advisers are doing all they can to benefit us all. I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole. Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security.
