Jun 20, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, When I worked at Levi Strauss & Co. I had a 401K, to help me when I retired. I retired Aug. 2007 and had to roll over my 401K, so I did and by 2009 all my money was gone, even though I called and told Fidelity that I needed that money for my retirement. The adviser kept telling me to wait the Stock Market will turn around, well before it turned I lost all my money. Now I'm living check to check.
