Jun 20, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, I am a widow who is currently paying a financial advisor a fee based on the amount of money he invests for me. It is my understanding that current rules would allow him to invest my money in funds that might also remunerate him and that he need not disclose this to me. I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole. Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security.
