Securities and Exchange Commission

To the and Exchange Commission,

Like other senior citizens, I need to be able to trust my financial
advisers to put my interests above their own interests, but I can't
count on that since the SEC has removed a fiduciary responsibility from
financial advisers. That needs to change! I worked hard to save for my
retirement, and I'm counting on my retirement investments to secure my
financial future. I can't afford to pay for bad financial advice or
hidden fees, and it's not fair to expect that of me.

I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole.
Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of
mind about their financial security.

Sincerely,

Ms. Sharon Shutts
