Jun 20, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, Americans work hard all their lives for companies and for one day to be secure from all that hard work. It should disturb you and everyone else who watches these loop holes to allow another person or institution to take advantage of anyone who is just trying to make sure they can survive once they retire. Do the right thing. I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole. Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security.
