Jun 20, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, its Time to take a stand against financial advisors that are only interested in lining their pockets not protecting the investors hard earned savings. Close the loopholes, hold the financial advisors responsible for their actions. If the investor does not make a profit then the advisor should not get a commission. I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole. Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security.
