Jun 20, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, Most Americans believe there are laws that protect their hard-earned money and don't know that greedy, unethical financial advisers can divert some of their potential earnings into the advisers' own pockets. These advisers are unethical and their actions should be illegal. We are a nation that should protect the welfare of the average American and not reward tricksters and con artists. I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole. Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security.
