Jun 20, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, You have to admit this is one of the most stupid ideas for a law, right? So there's no way you are going to keep this a law, right? It's one thing to add more burden to an overburdened judicial system by allowing reckless and disingenuous lawsuits against poor financial management, but it's another to just give someone carte blanche to do whatever THEY want to do with MY (or your) money, right? Be real. I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole. Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security.
