I am retired, worked 45 years to fund my retirement, which will only last with conscientious investment advice to maximize its growth and income. Many other retirees face the same concern that they might run out of money, if they are not protected from unscrupulous advice. Please protect us!! I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole. Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security.
