Securities and Exchange Commission

To the and Exchange Commission,

I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole.
Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of
mind about their financial security.

The SEC needs to do the right thing for American retirees. Stop padding
the pockets of shady investment advisors, brokers, and bankers. They
don't need protection, but individual Americans need those protections
because we can't fight the big investment companies and big banks since
they have the money to pay for top lawyers and lobbyists. Consumers
need help from the SEC to fight our battles for us. Be accountable,
yourselves, for the American people, and stop allowing us to be
exploited. I've worked hard all my life to accumulate some retirement
funds and you, the SEC, wants to allow shady brokers and financial
advisors to take that away from me, just the line their own pockets.
This is wrong. You need to be tougher on brokers and financial
advisors, not American retirees. Close the loophole and make a
stronger rule, because this is just unacceptable.

Sincerely,

Mrs. Paula Poletto
