We all know we need to be diligent in educating ourselves and careful about who we invest in but we also need to be able to trust that those who we decide to use to help us in making investment decisions are awesome monitored just in case there are a few people that are unscrupulous, we know there are a few. Sometimes government regulation helps everyone. I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole.
