Jun 20, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, I'm in favor of strong rules that require financial advisers to always act and advise in the best interest of their client. Financial advisers should not be able to take advantage of their clients and line their pockets... We trust these people to give us advice because they are experts and we aren't... it's not like buying shoes where I can tell quality.... I need to be sure the adviser is always working to my best benefit and not theirs... Please how can you not see that this is the right thing to do????? Sincerely, Mr. Andrea Dugger
