Jun 20, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole. Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security. Greed has become rampant in society and those who have seem to never have enough, including investment advisors, who should be working for his client. I always ask my advisor to do for me what he would do for his mother. I'm hoping he wouldn't cheat his own mother just to pad his wallet. But we know there are many unscrupulous advisors who figure older Americans probably won't live long enough that the hidden fees, bad advise and low returns won't make any difference.
