Jun 20, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, It seems to me that the SEC should be watching out for the average citizen as well as investment advisors. When my parents and grandparents retired they had pensions and did not need to worry about financial investments. The government and business decided for us that we would be better off investing our retirement funds. Very few average citizens have enough knowledge and skill to manage their funds without professional assistance. I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole.
