Jun 20, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole. Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security. I feel I cannot keep up with all the changes and options to me as a senior citizen regarding my investments and the financial world. But even before I became 70 it was confusing. Integrity says representatives should hold your best interests front and center, but it doesn't seem like integrity is part of the business world anymore. It is a shame we have to make rules that they do the right thing for you as your advisor. But since that is where we are please require fiduciary responsibility of all financial advisors whether for seniors or anyone else. I thank you to do the right thing for me and others as our representative. Elizabeth Rhyner Sincerely, Ms. Elizabeth Rhyner
