Jun 20, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole. Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security. I have lost $1000's from penny stocks and junk bond advisors who only wanted to get a client under their belt. The pressure on the advisers to make a "sale" or get a "commission" is make or break on Wall Street...especially for new brokers. Please try to change this environment!!
