Jun 21, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, My neighbors, both WWI veterans who farmed the land their parents homesteader, were I ticked to turn much of their savings over to an unscrupulous financial advisor. In the end, they lost a substantial amount of money and a great deal of their land. Worst of all, there seemed to be no legal remedy, ever though the paperwork that lead to the mishandling of their money and land was signed when they were both on a care facility. Elder abuse is a crime and regulations should make it harder to commit such crimes, not allow , even support, their continuance. I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole. Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security. Sincerely, Ms. Jane Bow Fielding
