If my funds don't make gains, then managers should not get huge fees!!! Protect us from the gouge where brokers rake off fees regardless of losses in portfolio. OR let us add the fees to capital losses carryover on IRS schedule D! I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole.
