Securities and Exchange Commission

To the and Exchange Commission,

Ordinary persons like us need to have reliable and honest (with
transparency) financial investment advice. My wife and I have been very
fortunate that we early found such an advisor and we have been able to
protect and benefit from his great advice. He is very open and straight
forward with us.

However, we have heard of others who have not been so honest with
persons we know. It just happened to a neighbor who had moved to
Cincinnati from St. Louis where she had gotten bad advice and the nest
egg left to her by her doctor husband has now been diminished. It is
heart wrenching to talk with her when she breaks out in tears and we
have no way to help her repair the damage. We did guide her to our
advisor where she will be able to make the most of what is left of her
retirement resources

One more predator taking advantage of a widow. This should not happen,
but unfortunately in our world of humans some are not guided by God's
laws. Therefore, we need the help of our leaders to keep protections in
place to help the vulnerable.

I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole.
Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of
mind about their financial security.

Sincerely,

Dr. James Daiker
