Jun 21, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole. Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security. Why is there a loophole anyway? Why would I assume a government agency that allows loopholes of ANY KIND would then FIX the loophole they created? Many government agency heads and rank and file employees don't really care what happens as long as they get to keep their jobs, big paychecks, and lucrative pensions. What happens to the taxpayers doesn't seem to be their concern. Sincerely, Ms. Karen Jacob
