Jun 21, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, I do not have a pension plan, but a 401k plan. I worry every time I see that the stock market is down, will I lose the money I worked so hard for and will it be enough for me to retire? I don't need to hear about loopholes by bad advisors telling me how to invest my money so they make out and I and other hard working Americans loose out. Close this loophole and ensure a higher standard than the currently proposed rule. I'm counting on you to make the right decision for me and the future retirees of America.
