Jun 21, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, I give thanks that my family, as a whole, has an honest, decent and trustworthy financial planner. My father, who turned 88 this year and my uncle (92) have enough money, along with Social Security, to be able to live comfortably despite their advanced ages. I see friends of theirs who were not as fortunate, struggling to get by, because of bad financial advise. To me, that is Elder Abuse, and those who knowingly give bad advice, pad their fees, and/or steal from their clients should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, and those laws need to stronger. Thank you. Sincerely, Mrs. Elizabeth Dearey
