Jun 21, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, Most of us nearing or now in retirement worked hard all our lives to save what we could to cover iur post work years with at least a chance for minimal comfort. Few of us are savvy enough to manage our resources alone w/o help of a financial 'professional'. Why should we be subject tio possible unscrupulous fincial folks who areyet sanctioned approvingly by laws set by thegovernment that is supposed to look out for our interests? I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole. Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security.
