Jun 21, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, I need a financial adviser and it is unconscionable that I have to fear that a financial adviser is only thinking of their gain when they are advising me on money that I need to survive. Closing this loophole will benefit society as a whole that it won't need to support me or others due to the greed of financial advisers. I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole. Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security.
