Jun 21, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, Please consider the importance of strong consumer protection practices in reviewing the rules for financial advisers. We have seen how uncontrolled greed can devastate the country and destroy trust. It is time to rebuild consumer confidence so America can be strong and secure. This means requiring honesty in investment advice. The loophole that allows advisers to lie to their customers must go. I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole. Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security. Sincerely, Mrs. Jennifer Tonge-Martin
