Securities and Exchange Commission

To the and Exchange Commission,

Wall street needs to be required to disclose all fee's, who is getting
a commission and how much to each, exchanges should not be able to see
how many buy's or sell's are coming unless the retail investor can also
see it in real time, wall see specialist and/or other wall street
similar traders should not have an advantage over a retail stock trader
because of information that only they are given during the market
trading time or any time, to have an advantage over the retail trader.
All information shall flow to all traders retail and others at the same
time.

I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole.
Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of
mind about their financial security.

Sincerely,

Mr. Phillip Johnson
