Securities and Exchange Commission

To the and Exchange Commission,

I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole.
Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of
mind about their financial security.

Seniors rely heavily on advice of financial "experts" for
advice and management of their funds. They've worked hard and set
aside for many years. Bankers should be no different than doctors,
healthcare, dentists, etc. that seniors rely on and should be held
accountable. Once seniors have retired, they need to be able to count
on what they've saved for their livelihood and not be duped by
dishonest bankers/advisors, by hidden fees, etc.

Please act now to close this loophold and protect seniors' futures!!

Sincerely,

Ms. Mary Thornton
