Jun 21, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole in the rules that makes it legal for financial advisers to give bad advice that pads their own bank accounts at our expense. Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security instead of being stolen from by greedy con artists who are supposed to be principled but sanctioned by public servants.
