Jun 21, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, I've worked since I was a teenager & started investing/saving for retirement in my 30's. To think the people I'm trusting to guide me & invest my hard earnings towards my retirement would deliberately give me wrong & incorrect advice....just to line their OWN pockets with my blood, sweat & tears money makes me want to commit a serious crime towards them!! It's a criminal, purposeful act & if the hard-working people of America did this...we would go to jail. After all, these stock brokers work for US...the American people...we do not work for them!! Period. I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole. Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security.
