Your agency is charged with effective regulation of Wall Street's market professionals to insure against corrupt practices & cheaters. And, while I am well aware that my investments involve real risks, I am not in any position to ensure the integrity of the brokerage professionals who manage my funds. That is specifically YOUR responsibility to me as a taxpayer. I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole.
