Jun 21, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, We all need to know that investing ha legitimate risks but we also can assure all investors and especially the elder investors that they are engaging a level playing field by closing loopholes that allow those who would take advantage of others can not have such free access to pursue and as a result use rather than assist investors. I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole. Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security. Please take the steps necessary to protect all investors and all credible advisors from the deceitful practices of those who would prey on others rather than work for a common good.
