Jun 21, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, I just don't understand how the SEC can justify this loophole. I have to ask myself, has the SEC become so far removed from serving the people of this country that the members are actually comfortable with knowingly allowing, even encouraging, abuse? So many of us have lost our pensions and are currently reading that we have to have our benefits reduced in order to pay for the tax reductions of wealthy people and corporations. I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole. Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security.
