Jun 21, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, Seniors represent a vulnerable part of our communities. They might have cognitive problems, memory issues, poor vision and hearing. It is easy to talk them into "deals" that are not got for them and jeopardize their hard earned retirement fund (whatever that is for a particular individual). I'm counting on you to make rules that holds financial advisors and Wall Street accountable so seniors will get the financial service that is best for them, the seniors not some financial institution or their representatives.
