Jun 21, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, As a retired American who worked hard to save for my retirement I am concerned by what I see happening in Washington. I live off my investments and need to be able to trust those who manage my money. The reason safeguards were put in place was because investment firms and Wall Street could not trusted to put the welfare of their clients before their own greed. This is your opportunity to show your constituents whose welfare your prioritize higher, big business or the people that you have been elected to represent. I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole. Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security.
