Jun 21, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, It seems to me both illegal and immoral for a financial advisor to give wrong or questionable advice to someone who is making an investment! We work hard to 'live' on SS income. We have some savings but cannot afford to lose a single dollar of that due to someone with a criminal mind who decides it is more important to build up his/her portfolio than be honest and take good care of ours! I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole. Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security.
