Jun 21, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, I have personally seen how unscrupulous financial advisers can ruin a person's retirement funds in my own family. Although these incidents happened in the 1980s, the impact of the bad players had a lasting effect on the substantially reduced retirement lifestyle afforded my mother and aunt. Looking forward why wouldn't you tighten regulations to create accountability of all financial advisers? I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole.
