Jun 21, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, Hello, I am a senior citizen and a widow who knows nothing about investments. I am on fixed income as a retiree. I have an IRA account and a little investment of which I am solely dependent on my Financial Advisor for advice. Up to this point, I am being helped by her. But I hope that there should be some regulations restricting or making it a crime for any financial advisor or the Wall Street from exploiting investors old or young, seniors or not. Penalties for such offense must be stiff enough as a deterrent for anyone who may commit such act of exploitation or abuse the trust investors vest on them. Thank you. Sincerely, Ms. Flor Lampert
