Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security. We need rulest in place that deter unscrupulous Financial Advisors from taking advantage and profiting from the trades they make on their client accounts. My wife and I have both suffered losses and reduced returns at the hands of unethical Financial Advisors who put their financial interests ahead of ours.
