Jun 21, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, I have retired and I am trying to live on my reitrement account. I worked for the city of Boston, EDIC department and they do not have a usual retirement plan for us. Our funds are held up in invenstment so we were at the whim of the market. Now that I am no longer working, I am still at the whim of the market. I have left my invesements where they are because I have to take a monthly distribution to afford to continue to pay rent and bills along with my social security. If they are allowed to make bad investments and I loose all of my money I could end up on the street and I have nowhere else to turn. That money is my life and there is less than $40,000 left because of my monthly distribution. It is all I have. It needs to be protected. No one is going to give me a free place to live and feed me and my husband just because my money is gone. They certainly are not and you certainly are not. We need protection just to live from day to day. Thank you. Wanda Ming
