Jun 21, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole. Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security. Citizens need protection from unscrupulous persons who do not have the citizen's best interest as part of doing business. Scams and fraudulent practices are the criminals playground, our government should act to protect all citizens from such criminal actions.
